1. Secure Payments All transactions on our website are processed through Razorpay, a trusted and PCI-DSS compliant payment gateway. Your payment information is fully encrypted and handled with the highest level of security. Cavrolyn does not store your card or banking details at any point.

All available payment options will be displayed at the time of checkout. Please note that Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available at this time.
3. Currency All transactions are processed in Indian Rupees (INR). The price you see at checkout is the final amount charged to you.
4. Payment Confirmation Upon successful completion of your payment, you will receive an automated order confirmation immediately via email. This confirmation serves as proof that your order has been placed successfully. If you do not receive a confirmation email, please check your spam or junk folder, or contact us at support@cavrolyn.com.
5. Failed Transactions If your payment fails or is declined, no amount will be charged to your account. In some cases, a temporary hold or pending deduction may appear on your bank statement ,this is typically released automatically by your bank within 5-7 business days. If the amount is not reversed within this period, please contact your bank directly and also reach out to us at support@cavrolyn.com with your order details so we can assist you.
6. Payment Issues & Disputes If you notice any unauthorized, duplicate, or incorrect charge on your account, please contact us immediately at support@cavrolyn.com. We will investigate the issue promptly and work with Razorpay to resolve it. For eligible cases, refunds will be processed in accordance with our Refund & Return Policy. We are committed to resolving all payment concerns fairly and in a timely manner.
7. Third-Party Payment Gateway Payments on our website are processed by Razorpay. While we ensure secure integration, the final processing of your transaction is subject to Razorpay's and your bank's terms and conditions. In the event of a payment-related issue at the gateway or bank level, we will do our best to assist you in reaching a resolution.
